Changing landscapes

Clarke Quay has always been my favourite place in Sgp because it was filled with people who knew what life was and how to enjoy it. Or at least that was how I saw it.

With the arrival of Ministry of Sound, one should expect the landscape to change a little.

The place will now be filled with club-goers who waste their lives away every wed and sat night by getting themselves all too drunk, puking into the singapore river like the merlion and having their livers damaged by the age of 30 due to excessive drinking habits.

What gives.

Distant memory

One day, my sister (whom I shall refer to as the Rafflesian Brain for future references), came up to me with a tub of cornflakes.

"EAT IT OR WEAR IT!" she demanded.

"Get lost. Busy now." I replied.

Next thing i knew - it was raining cornflakes.

Of love-hate relationships and such

Someone, whom i've yet to find out who, left a HUGE box of dunkins in my home. For the uninitiated, the sight of dunkin or krispy kreme is powerful enough to make any girl go weak in the knees, and one itsy bitsy tiny bite of that blardy calorific donut is sufficient to induce instant orgasm. I've had a freaking 5 of them for breakfast, what does that tell you about my morning? hahaha.

According to Mike's calorie counter charts (which incidentally has been awarded by The Los Angeles Times recognizing its value to their readership), one glazed doughnut contains *not for the faint-hearted* A F*CKING 235CAL AND 13G OF FATS, OF WHICH 5.2G IS SATURATED.

This means i've almost blown my f*cking calorie and fat intake for the day and so it is starvation for the next 24 hours.

Kwok will be working on the prospect of franchising krispy kreme in Singapore for her FYP. If she ever succeeds in getting funding for the start up, i'm so gonna migrate.
