4 years on...

i find myself caught in the crossroads of moving on again - for the fourth time.

strangely enough, although i would like to think of it as moving on in life, the truth is probably more akin to moving about on the spot.

by chance i found this quiescent sanctuary of thoughts that was abandoned some 4 years ago. old memories poured in during the course of re-reading the archives, but what really screamed from those old scribbles is the fact that nothing much has really changed since.

sure, we have most definitely experienced new people entering our lives, old friends and past boyfriends exiting; but our search for the ideal partner, the perfect job, the different life remains underway, everyday. question is: are we closer to our goal than we were yesteryear?
